For the city of Oporto, GEMA developed a video mapping experience watched by an audience of thousands of people.
Along with 5 “state of the art” projectors, we developed the design concepts and the on set application. All of the operation was led by GEMA, coordinating our internal team with external teams and also the client.
The multimedia content was projected in the facade of the City Hall building and exhibited for 3 days, as an announcement of the festivities of São João, the major city holiday of Porto. All the graphic elements projected in the movie were inspired by an artistic piece of tapestry that decorates one of the most important rooms of the City Hall.
