The name “Fábrica do Chocolate” translates literally as “Chocolate Factory”. We all know how such a concept is appealing to the imagination of a kid. So this is a museum with interactive projections, games for kids, and Motion Graphics along with sound effects and voice overs.
The main attraction is a 4D Immersive Room, in which the visitor can experience a 3D animation that tells the story of the journey of Hernan Cortes’, the Spanish navigator who first brought chocolate for the Europeans. The visitor can not only see a movie in 3D, but also feel heat, wind and a massive surrounding sound.
Throughout the visit, we rely on ultrasounds that trigger specific contents about the manufacturing of chocolate, until it arrives to the factory, and its historical chronology in Europe.
This venue benefits from our Onecore technology, that allows more centralized control of the equipment. Through an intelligent behavior analysis software for each hardware device installed, this museum/space profits from an automated and easy management of its daily operation.
